27th Annual VW Spring Meet

Pre-Registration Information
Where: History San Jose at Kelley Park in San Jose
When: Sunday, April 17 from 8 am to 3 pm
Who: All air-cooled VWs are welcome
Cost: $20 (car & driver), $5 (passengers & walk-ins)
All cars entering the park
MUST register for the car show
and MUST park in their respective class.
NO alcohol, pets, or BBQs are allowed inside the park.
The Quality Inn, located in Morgan Hill, will be the host hotel and
security will be provided. For reservations please call 888-434-1444 or call the
hotel directly at 408-779-0447 and tell them you're with the VW club.
A RESERVATION-ONLY dinner will be held Saturday night, April 17 at 7pm at
Mama Mia's Italian Restaurant in Morgan Hill and will be limited to 60 people.
For dinner reservations, please call (408) 683-0154 after 7pm by April 1.

What do you get?
Express entry as you are checked off our list.
Express registration at the booth.
Guaranteed admission for the car and driver until 8:30am..
A separate line to gain entrance before non-registered cars.
No more getting up at 4am to make sure you get in.
Your spot is guaranteed until 8:30am.
What you DON'T get?
All passengers must pay separately before going thru the gate.
If you arrive after 8:30 you go in line with everyone else and lose your guaranteed entrance.
***How to Pre-Register***
Step 1: Fill out the Participant Registration Form below. If entering more than one car, one form needs to be filled out for each vehicle.
Step 2: Print the registration form for your records.
Step 3: After hitting submit you will be taken to a "Thank you" page with directions for mailing your payment or using PayPal.
Checks and money orders must be postmarked by March 15, 2011.
PayPal registrations will continue until April 9, 2011.
